  Pastor Jim preaches the Word of God uncompromisingly, a rarity in today's churches. I appreciate his heart for the Lord Jesus and for truth despite what our current culture says. Calvary Community is a warm and friendly church. The music and worship ministry is fairly contemporary with nods to the old hymns from time to time and generally at a pleasant sound level. Come join us. My husband and I have been attending for about three years.

  The kind of small community church that puts its tithe where its purpose is. Everyone is friendly and rooted in their Christian faith. A great blend of new and old music with a traditional look but a current feel. (for reference this was my first attendance in person, I have listened to their sermons for months)

  Calvary Community Church's foundation is built on the bible and its members are dedicated to loving Jesus Christ and loving the community. The body is a healthy blend of young family, wise seniors, vibrant youth, and young adults. There is a awesome hodgepodge of life that makes anyone feel welcome. The Pastor has been preaching there for over 20 years and I truly feel that he is led by the spirit, which would be enough but he is also extremely intelligent and witty. Worship is contemporary but is tempered with wisdom considering all ages which leads to heart felt worship. There is a great children's ministry and the youth pastor is a man after Gods own heart. If you are looking for a place to become part of a family then this could be your home.
