  Horrible, nasty, heartless, rude scam artists that take advantage of the system. They milk being the only funeral home in town. They will end up getting sued if they are not careful and rip off the wrong family. Sick, sick people. STAY AWAY. Those who have lost a loved one, BEWARE. They are manipulative and will take those under great emotional stress for a ride. STAY AWAY if you can! They hire interns to run the business while short handed! Very rude and unprofessional! I do not want to give any stars, but I need to warn other people and families that these people are very bad and only looking for a quick profit. They will not last long if they keep up these practices.

  When all your calls are answered by an answering service when you're dealing with an unexpected death. I regret this being the only game in town. Go elsewhere if possible. Completely unprofessional in my opinion.
